Ava Knap, SENIOR at St. Joseph Ogden HS

Ava Knap is a senior at St. Joseph Ogden High School. She is involved in NHS and is a FCA huddle leader. Ava is the founder of the Midwest Wildwood Running Club and is a passionate advocate for women’s health. Ava is the valedictorian for her class and is actively involved in cross country and track and field. As a distance runner, Ava has logged over 5,000 high school miles. Ava was the 2021 IHSA 1A most improved runner of the year and has the second fastest 3 mile time in school history. Her plans for her future involve running collegiately at Gonzaga University and pursuing a degree in psychology.
