tammie bennett started competing in running at age 10, medaled at a few junior olympic nationals, was a two-time state champion in XC in high school in north carolina and still holds some age-group state records in road races. she ran for the university of north carolina and was top 3 in the ACC in 3k, 5k, and 10k. she competed for a short time for the nike farm team before going to law school.
tammie started coaching runners 13 years ago and has coached all ages from 5-75. she chose to focus on middle schoolers including schools in new jersey, oregon and the bowerman track club youth team. she and her husband had multiple running camps and hosted multiple races, group long runs, events, and training groups in new jersey.
tammie is a certified life and mindset coach and she loves helping people go after their goals. she works with a lot of runners and creatives to get rid of their limiting thoughts so they can lead the big lives they are capable of living.
