You asked and we heard you! Wildwood Running is hosting another Girls Virtual Running Camp (without any running)!
We want to continue to have those big conversations around mental health, nutrition, confidence building, leadership, menstrual health, being a good teammate and so much more!
We want to continue to connect young female runners from all over the country to support them in becoming not only the best runner they can be but the best person as well. Like most things Wildwood Running, this camp will cover many topics around being a great female runner without any of the running!
Our sessions will focus on providing girls with information to better themselves as a runner. This camp will have experts in the field teach particular topics, then campers will move to smaller breakout sessions with camp counselors to talk and debrief each subject. We will also have a reflection piece where athletes will take a couple of minutes to respond to writing prompts geared at supporting their growth in these areas. If you miss any sessions, they will be recorded and available to watch.
Our sessions are geared toward three types of learning: Informational, character building & FUN!
All sessions will be recorded & available for campers to watch if they miss a session.
SEE BELOW for our full line up of speakers, elite athletes and fun activities! We will fill in session information as we get closer to camp time!
Scholarships: We will provide scholarships to anyone who cannot afford it.
Coaches are encouraged to join their teams. Email us if you register a team and we will add you to the coaches list.
